Laminin-1 is an epithelial cell adhesion glycoprotein, which is composed of 3 chains designated α1, β1 and γ1. Laminin promotes adhesion, differentiation, migration and growth of many cells in vitro.
Laminin is produced by human fibroblasts and epithelial cells in a co-culture system, which produces an extracellular matrix composed of numerous proteins including laminin. The laminin is then purified biochemically and provided sterile
