IHC-Rat DRGP2X3 Staining in Rat DRG |
Tissue fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and post fixed for about 2hrs. They are 12um sections cut on a cryostat and thaw mounted onto slides. IHC is done on the slide and we use a 50% alcohol pretreatment(20min) for penetration. Dilution was 1:500
