P2X3 staining in rat spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion. For staining in spinal cord, primary antibody was diluted 1:25,000 using the TSA method of signal amplification. Dorsal root ganglion staining is using indirect immunofluorescence, primary antibody diluted 1;10,000.
