mGluR6

Data Courtesy Dr. Trevor Batten, University of Leeds and Megan A. Foreman, University of Birmingham.
mGluR6: Catalog # RA13105
Images of mGluR6 immunoreactivity in parapyramidal (ventral) gigantocellular reticular nucleus (top image) and of double labelling of mGluR6 and ChaT immunoreactivity in nucleus ambiguus (bottom image). Immunohistochemistry was performed on 50 micron thick vibratome sections of brain fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde + 0.05% glutaraldehyde. The mGluR6 antibody was used at 1:400 dilution and detected with biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG followed by Alexa488-streptavidin or with a Cy3-anti-rabbit IgG labelled secondary antibody. Data courtesy of Dr. Trevor Batten.Nucleus Ambiguus (see above)Western blot of rat retinal cell lysates incubated with rabbit anti-mGluR6 receptor antibody. Data courtesy of Megan A. Foreman
