Description/Data:
Picture

NOGO Receptor (NgR) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein. It interacts with the p75 NGF receptor as a co-receptor for Nogo, oligodendrocyte myelin glycoprotein (OMgp) and myelin-associated glycoproteins (MAG) to transduce inhibitory signals for inhibition of neurite outgrowth (Wang, K.L. 2002, 74).
