Designed for in-vivo apoptosis validation. The tumors were 7 days old. Each mouse was treated with a placebo or ATO. The treatments were allowed to act for 6 hours before in vivo detection. Plotcaspase Live! Red was injected intravenously through the tail vein and allowed to circulate for 30 minutes before confocal microscopy and photographs were taken. SR-FLIVO™ excites at 565 nm and emits at 600 nm.
