Easy Protocol:
1. Calculate the volume of the working solution;
2. Dilute FluoGreen Tracer stock solution with PBS (1:100)
3. Add diluted FluoGreen Tracer solution to cells or tissue
sections and incubate from 1 to 5 min at room temperature;
4. Rinse cells or tissue section with PBS;
5. Mount using iBright Plus mounting media.
