Tested Characterized and Research Ready Pancreas Derived Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells!

Frozen vial of 1 x 10⁶ cryopreserved human mesenchymal stem cells.

Note: These cells have been tested and found to negative for antibody to HIV1/HIV2, antibody to HCV and for HBsAg.

Protocol for Differentiation in beta-Cells. Note: differentiated cells have been tested by RT-PCR for insulin-1, insulin-2, Pdx1, NeuroD1 and Foxa2.

Applications: Gene Expression Analysis Western blotting, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, FACS sorting, DNA Microarray, RT-PCR, Outgrowth assays, cytotoxicity, and second messenger signaling.

Delivery Time: 7-10 days

Image: Pancreas-derived human mesenchymal stem cells labeled with a CD44 monoclonal antibody conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), which detects the CD44 cell surface protein.
