Recombinant CNCC is expressed in E. coli as a full-length protein fused to a proprietary 16-Kd tag (a 6xHis tag is located at the very N-terminal end).
Image: CNCC Structure and Sequence.
Applications:
Recombinant human CNCC can be used directly as a positive control in Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and other immunological experiments. The biological activity of this product has not yet been tested.
