Specifications of Strep-Tactin HRP conjugate

Detection	N- or C-terminal or internal Strep-tag II
Sensitivity in dot blots	> 7 pg/dot
Sensitivity in Western blots	> 7 pg/band
Cross reactivity	Reacts with biotin carboxyl carrier protein (22.5 kDa) in E. coli extracts. Generally, biotinylated proteins can be sufficiently masked by a 10 minute preincubation with Biotin Blocking Buffer.
Form	Suspended in 0.01 M phospate buffered saline pH 7.4 containing BSA and 0.01 % Thimerosal as preservative. Can be diluted 1:10,000 for detection of Strep-tag II fusion proteins bound to microplates or 1:4,000 for detection of Strep-tag II fusion proteins after Western blotting.
