These cells are native human MSCs labeled with fluorescein (Excitation = 490 nm; Emission= 504 nm) through a cell membrane integrated probe. This product is useful in tracking studies of MSCs such as homing to specific targets and the mechanisms of this homing. They are provided as 500,000 cryopreserved cells.

This product requires shipment on dry ice and immediate transfer to liquid nitrogen storage or culture. Please note there is a 33 USD dry ice charge in addition to Fedex next day shipping.

Optimizing your hMSC Cultures:
1)     Grow cells in 1 to 5% O2, 5% CO2, with the balance of the gas content as N2..
2)     Use of our  MSCGro Meida is highly recommended.
3)     Subtrate- We recommend Greiner Bio-one TC-treated cell culture flasks or equivalent.
