These human fibroblast cells are suitable for use in derivation of iPS cells and other applications requiring human fibroblasts including vaccine production and studies of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs). They are expandable through 18 passages (~ 50 population doublings) and maintain strong growth while growth rates slowly decrease at later passages. They are provided as >500,000 cryopreserved cells.
This product requires shipment on dry ice and immediate transfer to liquid nitrogen storage or culture. |
