We will be adding new high-content, in vivo like assays throughout the coming year. We now have a Blood Brain Barrier model for studying neurodegenerative diseases. We will soon be adding assays that are designed to study diseases ranging neurodegenerative/autoimmune and infectious to cancers and cardiovascular.

These in vivo like assays are excellent for drug discovery and toxicology testing as the data generated is more equivalent to animal testing...more accuracy at a lower cost. Our Models a ready to grow. We provide pre-cultured cells and 3-D Media. Our Kits provide all the components for 3-D culturing. With this option, you can determine plating densities.

T-Cell Expansion|CD3 Cells
Non-Magnetic Expansion of T-Cells-The in vitrogeneration of a large number of functional T cells is important for basic research as well as for therapeutic approaches. Commonly used stimulatory reagents for resting T cells are magnetic beads carrying αCD3 monoclonal antibodies. The Streptamers® for T cell expansion are novel reagents for polyclonal expansion of T cells.
