CD34 is a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein which is selectively expressed on human lymphoid and myeloid hemapoietic progenitor cells. CD34 has been used to measure angiogenesis, which reportedly predicts tumor recurrence. CD34 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 280 amino acids (32-290a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 29.7kDa. CD34 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
