- EZ-HRP™ Polymer Detection
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) is a state of the art technique which requires not only high-affinity primary antibodies but a robust and sensitive detection chemistry allowing to visualize low abundant protein targets. Conventional Avidin-Biotin detection is time-consuming, has a mediocre sensitivity and often results in producing a non-specific background. To overcome these drawbacks, we utilized a proprietary 3D polymerization technology and developed EZ-HRP™ Polymer Detection. This new conjugation strategy does not affect the affinity of antibodies and improves their penetration capacity into tissue sections.
