Western blot using anti-CLAC-P antibodies RA19007 and RA19008 of Alzheimer's disease brain (100ug of formic acid brain extracts). Primaries were incubated overnight (1:500; 4 degrees C), followed by incubation with anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature and visualized using ECL detection.
