SF-295 cells are human glioblastoma cancer cells. SF-295 were derived from undifferentiated glioblastoma in a 67 year old female. It is recommended to culture these cells following the protocols described below. SF-295 cells have a minimum of 15 population doubling levels when cultured using our protocol.
